A helping hand, from idea to realisation

We help the builders so you can build

We help other people's ideas become real. Some we build ourselves. Others we back with money and time. And some founders just need someone in the room who has done it before, sitting next to them until the thing is actually finished.

What we do

We help good ideas become real things.

Most ideas die somewhere between the first sketch and the day they have to stand on their own. That gap is where we are useful. Sometimes we are the ones building; sometimes the idea is yours and we are simply there to help it across.

One helping hand, the whole way from idea to the thing actually working.

01 Build

Some ideas we take on ourselves.

We start the company, ship the product, and run it until it can stand without us. The projects below are ours, or partly ours, and most of them are still being built right now.

02 Back

Some ideas belong to someone else.

We put in money, time and the scars of having done it before, and we stay involved where that actually helps. Not a name on a cap table; someone you can call when something breaks.

03 Coach

Some founders just need a hand.

So we sit next to them, week after week, on the real decisions and the boring ones, until the plan turns into something that holds up. No reports, no theatre; just the work.

How we work

It starts with a conversation, not a pitch deck.

Someone has an idea, or a mess, or a half-built thing that stalled. From there, the helping hand works roughly like this.

We listen first

We ask the awkward questions, and together we work out whether we can actually help. If we cannot, we say so, and point you somewhere better.

Then hands get dirty

We are not the kind of help that writes a report and leaves. We stay close to what decides whether something lives: the product, the customers, the money.

We build, or step back

When it helps to build, we build. When it helps to let you lead, we step back. The point is to get the thing standing on its own feet.

And we speak plainly

If something is not working, you hear it from us early, while it is still cheap to fix. If it is working, we help you push.

The short version

No jargon, no posturing, no theatre. Just an honest hand on the work, for as long as the work needs it.

The work

What idea to realisation looks like in practice.

These are the projects on our table at the moment. They are here as proof, not as a catalogue; a few honest examples of the kinds of things we build, back and help across the line.

KozijnFlow

In development

Software for Dutch window frame companies that handles the whole chain in one system; from lead and sales visit to quote, planning, work order, handover and invoicing. Back office, iPad and phone, and it keeps working offline on the building site.

Real Estate

Andalusia pilot

One dossier for buying and selling property in Spain. Agent, buyer, seller and lawyers work together, from the first offer to the escritura.

onlineCIO

In development

Information management, business process management and IT direction, offered as a service to school boards in foundational education. For boards without an information manager of their own.

Tags integration

Live

Smart tags that identify things, belongings and objects in real life. Built to integrate into existing systems, so that one scan is enough to recognise something or to handle a step in a process.

In and Out

Sotogrande

A local media and events platform that connects entrepreneurs, residents and visitors in an area, through a curated guide, events and its own magazine. The first location is Sotogrande.

BiedadviesApp

Live

A backoffice and mobility platform for car dealers, from buying at auctions to selling. It gives them grip on the whole business from one place, at the office or on the road.

Different sectors, the same way of working. Each of these started as someone's idea and is being walked, step by step, toward something real.

Before this

None of this is a first attempt. There is a long run of building underneath it.

Before all of this, we built a software platform for the transport training market in the Netherlands; two products that together served the whole chain. Opleidingsplatform.nl connected large staffing organisations and transport companies with the people who train drivers.

Autofox served the other side of that market: the transport trainers themselves, including the largest in the country. Close to two decades of entrepreneurship, product development and growth. That experience now sits underneath everything we do here.

Let's talk

Building something? Stuck on something?

Whether it is an idea on the back of a napkin or a company that has quietly stalled, we are happy to think along. No pitch deck required, and no obligation; just a conversation to see if we can help.

Based in the Netherlands and in Spain
